- Credit card (including debit cards) are the accepted payment method.
- Only the WHILL Model F (Light Blue) color is available for rent.
- Please refrain from using if you weigh over 115kg or if you are too short to reach the footplate.
- There is no exemption from liability for theft, loss, or damage caused by customer negligence.
- If you fail to return the item by the due date, you will be charged an extension fee of 9,900 yen (tax included) per day. If you exceed the due date without notification, the same fee applies.
- If you need delivery to a location such as a hotel, you must obtain permission from that address yourself. Please provide the following delivery information when placing your order: 1. Last name, First name: Ensure it matches the name of the person making the hotel reservation. 2. Phone number： Hotel phone number. We will inform you of delivery time.
